You'll own full-cycle recruitment for assigned regions, sourcing top clinical talent for a mission-driven organization serving children with autism. This role combines high-volume recruiting with strategic partnership to align hiring with operational needs. You'll work on-site across multiple locations in a collaborative, people-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned regions from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Source top talent using in-person and digital recruiting strategies
• Conduct structured interviews assessing skill and cultural alignment
• Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to drive improvements

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume or healthcare/behavioral health
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring goals
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with prioritization ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting in high-volume, fast-paced environments (behavioral health, healthcare)
• Familiarity with RBT certification requirements or clinical/field-based hiring
