You'll monitor and interpret US federal and state PEO-specific regulations, ensuring the product remains compliant. You'll partner with Product and Engineering teams to build compliance specifications into the payroll engine. Proactively identify compliance impacts of new legislation across US jurisdictions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and interpret US federal and state PEO regulations
• Ensure accurate handling of co-employment payroll tax obligations
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build compliance specs
• Support audit readiness and maintain documentation

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in PEO compliance
• Expert-level knowledge of US federal and state PEO regulatory frameworks
• Deep understanding of co-employment structures and payroll tax obligations
• Ability to interpret and apply complex PEO-specific regulations into product specs
