You'll join a team that maintains one-of-a-kind residences, resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve service tickets for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Prepare vacant apartments through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Perform general upkeep, snow removal, and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hour emergencies

📋 Requirements

• Building maintenance experience or education in trades
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair proficiency
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Reliable transportation for work and on-call emergencies
