You'll serve as the first line of technical support for Oscilar's AI Risk Decisioning Platform, troubleshooting issues for banks and fintechs. You'll write SQL queries and Python scripts to resolve customer problems and collaborate with engineering to improve the product. This role offers the chance to work alongside industry veterans in a remote-first, high-growth AI startup.

  • Act as first-line technical support for Oscilar's customers.
  • Analyze, triage, root cause, and resolve support system issues.
  • Write SQL queries and Python scripts to troubleshoot issues.
  • Debug API integrations to identify misconfigurations or bugs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical support or customer-facing engineering roles.
  • Strong technical skills in REST API integrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and debugging data issues.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and debugging.

  • Background in risk management, fraud prevention, or AML systems.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML SaaS platforms.
