You'll own the full top-of-funnel for Lightspark, driving pipeline through SEO, social, outbound, paid media, and website conversion. Your core impact is getting our open payment protocol in front of the right decision-makers. You'll operate as an AI-native marketer who spots opportunities and experiments constantly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute an organic search strategy for real-time payments authority
• Own social presence across LinkedIn and X to grow audience and convert followers
• Design and run multi-channel outbound programs targeting financial decision-makers
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across search and social

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of growth or demand generation marketing experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush)
• Experience with paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and marketing automation (HubSpot)
• Fluency with AI tools to accelerate marketing execution
