You'll join the Frontier team to shape the future of our Decision Intelligence Platform by delivering AI-powered digital twins that elevate organizational decision-making. You'll solve highly complex problems with a strong focus on pharmaceutical and life sciences use cases, combining scientific rigor with a business approach. This is a unique, entrepreneurial role where you'll drive real value by advancing our Decision Hub and AI Agent capabilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Designing and building agents in high-consequence environments with validated outputs
• Leading data science efforts within cross-functional delivery teams
• Understanding core customer problems to drive value
• Performing exploratory data analysis, model building, and performance monitoring

📋 Requirements

• Senior-level experience in data science or quantitative research
• Proficient in Python and essential data science libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn)
• Strong foundation in statistics and mathematics
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
