You'll own the evolution of Hostinger's design system, including architecture, component library, and token structure. You'll partner with multiple product teams to ensure the system serves real design needs and drive adoption across the design guild. This is a solo ownership role with real authority and impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead evolution of design system architecture and component library.
• Partner with product teams to ensure system meets design needs.
• Define and maintain design tokens across themes and platforms.
• Drive adoption through critiques, guidelines, and tooling.
• Use AI tools to accelerate system work and identify inconsistencies.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with significant design system work.
• Deep Figma expertise: variables, auto-layout, component architecture.
• Strong understanding of design tokens and their translation to code.
• Experience working across multiple product teams building adopted systems.
