Description
You will lead the technical onboarding and operational support for Travel Pay clients, configuring products and partner integrations while building scalable processes. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth implementations across Latin America.
Requirements
- Working proficiency in English and Spanish
- 2-4 years experience in solutions engineering or technical implementation
- Deep technical literacy and ability to master product suite including VCNs and CTAs
- Experience with process documentation and scalable operational flows
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical onboarding of new Travel Pay clients
- Manage technical configuration of Custom Data Fields, MCC restrictions, purchase groups, and approval flows
- Partner with Mastercard for registration and VCN operations
- Serve as first operational contact for product capability questions and pre-sales support
- Resolve operational incidents and document SOPs to scale processes
