You'll own weekly execution cadence across Product, Operations, and Sales, driving cross-functional logistics programs for a distributed network. Your core impact will be building scalable processes and ensuring consistent performance across multiple sites. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead weekly functional plan and align priorities across teams
• Manage Weekly Business Review to drive accountability
• Drive logistics programs from design to scalable execution
• Track timelines, milestones, and resolve site-level challenges
• Standardize workflows and operating procedures across locations

📋 Requirements

• 5–10+ years in program management, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs in high-scale environments
• Strong understanding of logistics networks and multi-site operations
• Experience defining KPIs and operational dashboards for performance monitoring

• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
