You'll manage key strategic partner relationships including Amazon Web Services (AWS) for AI ecosystem partnerships. You'll drive cross-functional execution and operating cadences across business, technical, and legal teams. This role shapes how OpenAI engages with major partners in the government sector.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day management of key strategic partner relationships like AWS.
• Build and run partner operating cadences across leadership and working teams.
• Track partnership performance, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate internal resources across Go-to-Market, product, legal, and operations.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in business development or program management.
• Experience managing large, complex external partnerships with commercial scope.
• Strong program management capabilities including cadence design and executive communications.
• Experience supporting cloud, AI, enterprise software, or platform partnerships.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a major cloud provider or managing strategic relationships with one.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, data platforms, cybersecurity, or defense systems.
• Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
