You'll inspect, disassemble, and rewind electric motors for a specialized service center. Your work ensures motors meet production and quality specifications. You'll use tools like torches and grinders to perform precision repair and testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect and disassemble motors for damage or wear.
• Remove old windings and document winding data.
• Size, wind, and install new coils.
• Perform final electrical and mechanical testing.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with motor rewinding and coil winding.
• Ability to use hand and power tools (torch, grinders, pullers).
• Knowledge of electrical testing procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with overhead cranes.
• Familiarity with varnish dipping and baking processes.
