You'll own end-to-end supplier development for mechanical metrology and high-precision components within the Starlink User Terminal supply chain. You'll drive metrology strategy, implement AI-powered measurement systems, and ensure scalability for high-volume production. This role offers significant technical and leadership influence across engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own supplier development for mechanical metrology and high-precision components
• Provide technical guidance on GD&T, metrology methods, and AI solutions
• Design and qualify precision measurement fixtures
• Lead PPAP, FAI, GR&R studies, and production ramp

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or related discipline
• 1+ years of experience in mechanical metrology or supplier development
• Experience with GD&T and measurement system analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical metrology or precision manufacturing
• Proficiency in PC-DMIS programming
• Experience with AI/machine learning for metrology
