You will lead a team of machinists, technicians, and quality specialists on 2nd shift, driving a culture of quality and ensuring production of high-tolerance parts at volume. Meet customer rate demands, resolve issues, and continuously improve processes to support the Starlink program.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a machine shop setting
• Experience with high-level troubleshooting for machined components

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technicians, quality specialists, and machinists
• Provide technical guidance and resolve challenging machining issues
• Meet customer demand, forecast capacity deficiencies, and remove blockers
• Optimize machine/labor configuration and improve manufacturability, cycle times, cost, and quality
• Coordinate with leadership to prioritize projects that impact Starlink success
