💼 About This Role

You'll guide and support partners in Kaseya's industry-specific peer group, ensuring they are prepared, attending, and actively participating in accountability meetings. You'll serve as the primary point of contact, conducting quarterly Strategic Alignment meetings and managing partner adoption of the program. This role offers the chance to travel to quarterly in-person events and build strong partner relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide partners through one-on-one meetings to train on peer systems
• Manage partner participation and adoption of program and peer group
• Conduct quarterly Strategic Alignment meetings with all partners
• Travel to quarterly in-person meetings and provide logistical assistance

📋 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills including presenting, teaching, and customer service
• Fast typing and note-taking abilities
• Persistence and follow through
• Organizational skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the MSP industry
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Calendly, Zoom, and Microsoft Suite
