💼 About This Role

You'll shape how trusted, governed data powers decision-making across ASM Global Operations. You'll drive enterprise data governance by embedding accuracy, security, and consistency into core systems while pioneering GenAI and agentic AI to automate governance processes. This role is critical to advancing ASM's data strategy for smarter and faster operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain data governance documentation including policies and standards
• Collaborate with data owners and stewards to enforce governance rules
• Develop and report on data quality KPIs and scorecards
• Lead exploration for enterprise data catalogs using tools
• Develop agentic AI pilots for automating data governance processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related STEM field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Governance/Data Management roles
• Experience with Data Governance, Data Quality, or Metadata Management programs
• Familiarity with commercial data governance platforms (Collibra, Atlan etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SAP systems (S4 HANA, CRM, SRM) and Kinaxis
• Familiarity with DAMA principles and Data Governance certification CDMP
• Experience in Data Governance Project Management in High Tech Manufacturing
