You'll lead Salesforce adoption initiatives for a FTSE-250 company, developing training programs and providing ongoing support to commercial teams. Your work will directly enhance tool efficiency and user engagement across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver training programs for Salesforce and commercial tools.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and ongoing training for best practices.
• Champion tool adoption by sharing best practices and demonstrating value.
• Gather user feedback and collaborate on tool enhancements.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a trainer or sales operations specialist with Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer success workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in creating engaging training materials using digital tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience in SaaS or tech-based organizations.
• Familiarity with other CRM tools.
