- Provide first-line support for business applications and platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web and desktop applications.
- Manage and coordinate urgent or complex support cases.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to operational improvements.
๐ Requirements
- Windows administration tools (Scheduler, Event Viewer, IIS).
- Experience with ITSM or ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of a scripting language (PowerShell, Python, C/C#, Go, Java, or JavaScript).
- Familiarity with SQL or Elasticsearch for database querying.
