  • Provide first-line support for business applications and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web and desktop applications.
  • Manage and coordinate urgent or complex support cases.
  • Perform root cause analysis and contribute to operational improvements.

  • Windows administration tools (Scheduler, Event Viewer, IIS).
  • Experience with ITSM or ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of a scripting language (PowerShell, Python, C/C#, Go, Java, or JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with SQL or Elasticsearch for database querying.
