🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Product and Design to ideate and analyze A/B tests for growth metrics
• Guide AI team in building features using LLMs, Bedrock, and RAG

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant engineering experience
• 2+ years managing software engineering teams
• Proven track record in Growth engineering with A/B testing for Growth role
• Deep familiarity with AI/ML concepts like LLMs and AWS Bedrock for AI role
