• Knowledge of needle piercing, gold and titanium jewelry
• Calm and professional demeanor in client interactions
• Ability to identify medical concerns and explain risks
• Expertise in aftercare, sizing, and jewelry materials

Responsibilities

• Oversee piercing customer journey from greeting to aftercare education
• Build local clientele and act as brand ambassador
• Manage studio operations, inventory, and health & safety compliance
• Train team on customer experience and sales standards
• Update scheduling and online booking system
