🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, onboard, and grow a team of 4-8 engineers
• Lead planning and execution of engineering initiatives
• Conduct code reviews and guide architecture decisions
• Promote operational excellence and reliability culture

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience leading or managing engineering teams
• 8+ years professional software development experience
• 5+ years experience developing enterprise SaaS software
• Experience with distributed systems and modern architectures

✨ Nice to Have

• 1-2 years building AI Agent platforms for CX
• Experience with GenAI/LLM-based systems
• Background in Java or JVM-based backend
