You'll lead the Order to Cash team for a global technology company, driving process improvements from order conversion to cash collection. You'll manage a hybrid team and collaborate with Sales Ops, Deployment, Account Management, and Finance to optimize operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary escalation contact for Sales Order issues.
• Manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes for US business.
• Lead, train, and coach a team of OTC staff.
• Collaborate with Finance, AM, and Deployment teams to ensure accurate data and invoicing.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years in a leadership position in sales order management.
• Proficiency in sales order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
