Description
You will deliver personalized in-home fitness training, tailoring workout programs to individual client goals. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work directly with a pre-assigned client base using the Svetness Fitness App.
Requirements
- NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited personal trainer certification
- CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma and 1-3 years personal training experience
- Possess personal basic training equipment and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform athletic calisthenics
Responsibilities
- Customize client workout programs from Initial Assessment
- Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, notes
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct performance
- Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain flexible schedule and commute up to 45 minutes
