Description

You will own and execute against a broad portfolio of renewal contracts across major manufacturers like Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks. Working with a channel operations team, you will build data-driven renewal forecasts and develop strategies to increase renewal opportunities.

• Comfortable meeting and speaking with customers

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate pipeline reports and forecasts of upcoming renewals
• Develop partner relations with manufacturer, OEM, and ISV renewal peers
• Generate quotes 30/60/90 days in advance of customer contract expirations
• Maximize eligibility and attainment of key manufacturer renewal incentives
• Inform and educate internal stakeholders on renewal and refresh opportunities
