💼 About This Role

You'll manage onboarding and growth of key reseller partners, building relationships and exceeding revenue targets. You'll collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop joint business plans. This role offers the chance to represent Rhombus at industry events and trade shows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet quarterly revenue and partner sourced targets
• Develop strong working relationships with assigned channel resellers
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop forecasts
• Conduct quarterly partner business reviews to ensure alignment

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or higher
• 2+ years of partner/channel management experience
• Demonstrated sales success (President's Club or similar)
• Hands-on experience leading in-person and remote training sessions

✨ Nice to Have

• Physical Security industry background preferred
• Experience with partner program tools and incentives
