Description

Join our Payroll team on a temporary basis to support payroll accounting during a critical period. You'll prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, process biweekly Canadian payroll, and ensure compliance—working remotely with a high-impact, collaborative team.

Requirements

• 3+ years payroll accounting experience
• Hands-on NetSuite and/or Blackline experience
• Solid understanding of US federal and state payroll compliance
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of accuracy
• Clear communicator with cross-functional responsiveness

Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll-related journal entries in NetSuite
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations in Blackline
• Reconcile payroll-related cash transactions and benefits billing statements
• Process biweekly Canadian payroll for two legal entities
• Support year-end reconciliations and internal audit initiatives
