Description

You will own strategic financial planning, analytics, and business insights for key teams at Oscar Health, supporting leadership in achieving top-line and margin targets. You will create processes and reporting to ensure visibility into patterns and projections, and present findings to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of finance experience including FP&A
• 4+ years of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling
• 4+ years serving as business partner to C-level executives
• Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery and experience with NetSuite and Adaptive

Responsibilities

• Provide direct financial support to departmental leaders including setting Operating Plan and Strategic Plan targets
• Evaluate business cases and track actuals vs expectations
• Prepare initiative ROI and recommend prioritization framework
• Validate economics of strategic transactions, partnerships, and vendor arrangements
• Present monthly and quarterly financial results with commentary for management reviews
