💼 About This Role

You'll join our affiliate team to manage and grow a network of affiliates, collaborating with prominent KOLs and internal departments. You'll ensure affiliates have the tools to attract users, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns. This 6-month program offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced crypto environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, and influencers for affiliate growth
• Support negotiations, onboarding, and documentation for new affiliates
• Manage key affiliate accounts and analyze their performance data
• Build reports using internal data to optimize affiliate channel performance

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and business development
• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
