You'll own full-cycle recruiting for senior AI roles across LATAM and Europe, building pipelines for roles like Senior ML Engineer, GenAI Engineer, and Applied Scientist. You'll partner with AI leadership to define hiring profiles and consistently close top talent through targeted sourcing and referrals. This role offers high ownership in a fast-growing AI-native consulting firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior AI roles across LATAM and Europe.
• Build high-signal pipelines via AI communities, referrals, and passive sourcing.
• Lead intake and calibration with hiring managers on scorecards and strategy.
• Run technically credible screens and guide candidates through interview process.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting with focus on AI/ML/GenAI roles.
• Demonstrated success hiring senior AI talent in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting in LATAM and/or Europe including labor models and compensation.
• Proven sourcing craft with portfolio-based sourcing (GitHub, Hugging Face, arXiv).

• Consulting/agency recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring across multiple countries and employment types (FTE vs contractor).
• Exposure to hard-to-hire specialties like agents, RL, MLOps.
