💼 About This Role

You'll join MeBe as an RBT and enroll in our Candidate Program, an internal training pathway for aspiring BCBAs. You'll receive unlimited free supervised fieldwork hours and a curriculum designed to prepare you for BCBA certification. This program provides hands-on training and a supportive community to help you succeed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in supervised fieldwork and training curriculum
• Complete initial and updated treatment plans
• Conduct behavior intervention and parent training
• Develop program materials and analyze data

📋 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in any field
• Enrolled in a BCBA program at a university
• 90+ days employment at MeBe in good standing
• 30 hours weekly with <4% cancellations as RBT

• Letter of recommendation from a MeBe Supervisor
