Description
You will support a business unit within Operations throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting, employee relations, labor relations, and training and development. You'll act as the first point of contact for employee matters, conduct investigations, and partner with leadership to refine processes.
Requirements
- Relationship and merchandise expert with proven sales track record
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with energy and ambition
- Experience with leave of absence laws (FMLA, PFML)
- Competency in employment and labor law compliance
- Ability to commute to Plainfield, IN for onsite work 5 days/week
Responsibilities
- Act as employee advocate to resolve questions and concerns
- Provide HR support to leadership on talent management and employee relations
- Conduct workplace investigations with discretion and documentation
- Support talent acquisition for operations, focusing on hourly associate staffing
- Ensure legal compliance with city, state, and federal employment laws
