Description

You'll manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases, conduct depositions, draft motions, lead mediations, and serve as lead counsel in jury trials. You'll engage with clients to ensure they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law
• Active and in good standing with local State Bar
• Trial advocacy or moot court experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• Must be currently located in Kansas

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 150 cases, with 50 actively in litigation
• Maintain proactive and transparent client communication
• Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations
• Develop comprehensive case strategies
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials
