🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of five HR Operations Specialists
• Lead change processes and partner with People Forum
• Implement HR programs in organizational design, compensation, benefits
• Ensure HR compliance and manage employee relations cases
• Co-design and execute country-level HR strategy for Finland

📋 Requirements

• Team leadership experience building and nurturing teams
• Multi-year experience leading an HR organization with focus on Finnish market
• Strong knowledge of Finnish labor law and statutory requirements
• Full working fluency in English and Finnish
