Description

You will provide remote, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions. You'll conduct quality visits, prescribe treatments, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to close the gender health gap.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state (multiple preferred)
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years of recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women in midlife via telehealth
• Conduct patient visits with time to listen, educate, and personalize care
• Prescribe hormonal therapy, lifestyle coaching, and medications as appropriate
• Coordinate labs, prescriptions, supplements, and referrals through the platform
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical leaders for comprehensive care
