Description
In this role, you will support inbound inquiries from customers across multiple channels, resolve product or service problems, and ensure first contact resolution. You'll be the connection between customers and various departments, helping provide a world-class service experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer support or call center experience
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft or Google Suite applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage deliverables and metrics against aggressive targets and timelines
Responsibilities
- Support inbound inquiries from internal and external customers via email, calls, chat, text, video, social media, slack
- Follow up or initiate outbound calls related to titles, vehicles, etc.
- Resolve product or service problems by identifying issues, clarifying requests, and selecting solutions to achieve First Contact Resolution
- Escalate customer issues requiring next-level review or technical expertise
- Serve as a connection between customer and various departments to meet support needs
