You'll lead and scale outbound pipeline generation across France and Europe, managing a team of BDRs and integrating AI-driven prospecting tools. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs across France and European markets.

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing or mentoring BDR or SDR teams in B2B SaaS.
• Strong background in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Based in Paris.
