💼 About This Role

You'll build new products from zero-to-one across the full stack at Playground, shaping the future of child care. You'll own projects end-to-end, designing and scaling core backend systems and building performant frontend features used by thousands of schools. This role leverages modern AI coding tools to dramatically increase your leverage and output.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build features end to end with a cross-functional team
• Write clean, maintainable code across React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express
• Lead design and delivery of mission-critical backend APIs and services
• Build and improve frontend features for a best-in-class user experience

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack or software development experience
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript (or JavaScript)
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express
• Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs in production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GCP or other cloud platforms
• Familiarity with modern AI coding tools
• Prior experience in early-stage startups
