You'll join Abnormal's Identity Security team to build a platform for securing identities across cloud infrastructure and AI systems. Your core impact will be shipping code in a small, fast-moving team and helping define the product toward market fit. This role offers the chance to work with a veteran team that built enduring ML platforms at top tech companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and review code daily alongside a small team
• Collaborate on technical direction for a scalable product
• Partner with internal and external customers to iterate quickly
• Set engineering standards and practices for the growing team

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Track record of shipping products in fast-moving environments
• Ability to read, write, and review code at a high level (Python/Go preferred)
• Experience hiring and developing engineers

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building enterprise/B2B security products
• Familiarity with machine learning systems or ML-adjacent infrastructure
• Exposure to AWS, Kafka, containerized services, microservices
