Description

As a Senior Customer Engineer at Deasy Labs, you will partner with sales and engineering teams to design and demonstrate solutions that turn unstructured data into AI-ready knowledge. You'll lead technical discovery, deliver demos and proof-of-concepts, and guide customers through evaluation and adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical pre-sales role supporting enterprise software
• Familiarity with unstructured data, machine learning, or information retrieval technologies
• Knowledge of data governance, data catalog, data quality, and data privacy platforms
• Experience with leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Databases, and Integration platforms
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support the technical aspects of the sales cycle
• Lead technical discovery conversations to understand customer data and AI challenges
• Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts
• Translate customer requirements into solution architectures using Deasy Labs and Collibra ecosystem
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout evaluation and adoption process
