You'll be a strategic partner to Dandy's leadership team, owning end-to-end recruiting for Commercial roles in EMEA. This role offers the chance to build hiring strategies for a high-growth tech startup transforming the dental industry. You'll drive exceptional candidate experiences and scale our presence in new markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with leadership on talent mapping and compensation advice
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer
• Lead talent management strategy across post-sales and marketing
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruitment at a tech startup
• Experience recruiting for commercial (non-tech) roles across all levels
• Proven success hiring from individual contributor to VP level
• Ability to work independently owning EMEA hiring for Commercial functions
