You'll lead complex industrial mechanical construction projects for a well-established contractor in the Mid-Atlantic region. Your core impact will be managing project financials, scheduling, and field coordination to ensure on-time delivery. This role offers direct client engagement and ownership of multimillion-dollar projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead industrial mechanical projects from planning through closeout
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage project financials, cost tracking, and change orders
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and field teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 7+ years of project management in mechanical construction
• Strong technical knowledge of piping, plumbing, HVAC, and industrial systems
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
