You'll provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26) in a hybrid model. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, integrated care. This role offers a predictable base salary with growth potential.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment.
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with other specialty providers and participate in consultation.

📋 Requirements

• Independently licensed as an LSW in Pennsylvania.
• 1+ year of experience providing individual direct care therapy to children and adolescents.
• 1+ year of experience in a telehealth or virtual setting.
• Flexibility to work after 4pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

• Experience with evidence-based practices for pediatric mental health.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.
• Experience in a collaborative, integrated care setting.
