💼 About This Role

You'll join Carewest as a Health Care Aide, providing ongoing care for clients in a Complex Continuing Care unit. You'll monitor and report client status and deliver prescribed medications accurately. This role offers the chance to make a difference in a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe, monitor, and report changes in client status.
• Deliver prescribed medications accurately as per policy.
• Assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning clients.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus graduation from an Alberta Government recognized Health Care Aide program.
• Active registration in the Alberta HCA Directory.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Physical capability for frequent lifting and transferring of clients.
