You'll join the Product Trust Insights team within Trust & Safety to drive safety research and risk measurement for Spotify's features. Your work will directly influence product design and improve platform safety for millions of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end safety research and measurement projects
• Design data for product risk assessments and AI evaluations
• Develop longitudinal trust and safety metrics
• Translate findings into recommendations for leadership

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years leading data science projects in safety or related domain
• Proficient in SQL and Python
• Hands-on experience with recommendation systems and large language models
• Skilled at scoping ambiguous problems and communicating to non-technical audiences

• Experience with LLM-based evaluation approaches
• Background in responsible AI or product safety
