💼 About This Role

You'll build Fleek's global People function from scratch, designing the operating system for an AI-native company spanning London, Karachi, and Bangalore. Your work will reduce fashion waste by enabling a $350B secondhand market, while redefining how people operations work in an AI-enabled era.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement Fleek's operating system across three countries
• Build the people function: org design, levelling, compensation, performance management
• Own talent density: set hiring bar and invest in development
• Drive cultural coherence across London, Karachi, and Bangalore

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of operating experience with 2-3 years in a people function
• Built a people function from zero (not improved an existing one)
• Experience operating across multiple geographies and cultures
• Deeply analytical and data-driven decision making

• Non-traditional people background (strategy, ops, consulting)
• Has stayed at companies long enough to see consequences of people decisions
