Description

You will own and manage electrical commodities to execute supplier production strategies, vet suppliers' capabilities, and drive process improvements to lower cost and reduce risk. You'll coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to enable development and production flow for defense technology systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field
• 6+ years experience in supplier quality and industrialization in manufacturing
• Experience with electronics manufacturing, SMT processing, GD&T
• Active U.S. Secret or TS clearance and ability to maintain clearance
• Ability to travel 50% and relocate to Costa Mesa, CA

Responsibilities

• Own and manage electrical commodities (cables, harness, PCB/PCBA, etc.) for supplier production strategies across business lines
• Vet suppliers' production capabilities, factory layout, and workforce for Approved Supplier List
• Bring up new production tooling lines at supplier sites to ensure capability
• Own capacity expansion readiness and production ramp-up at supplier
• Establish and drive process performance and controls (SPC) reviews at supplier
