You'll act as the technical bridge between enterprise prospects and Taktile's AI-powered decisioning platform, partnering with Sales to architect AI-driven solutions for leading financial institutions. Your core mission is to secure the technical win by demonstrating Generative AI and advanced ML to solve complex credit, risk, and fraud challenges. You'll thrive in a collaborative, flat-hierarchy environment that empowers growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate customer priorities into high-impact Agentic AI use cases.
• Lead design and execution of proof-of-value projects with customer data and ML models.
• Build technical prototypes and demos simulating production-grade integrations.
• Communicate value and strategic roadmap to C-level executives.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on production Python code.
• Experience with REST APIs design and integration.
• Track record supporting high-contract-value enterprise deals.
• Ability to manage multiple proof-of-concepts simultaneously.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building/tuning ML models (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Domain expertise in financial services (banking, insurance).
