💼 About This Role

You'll be the single-threaded owner of expansion outcomes, from site identification through entitlements and approvals across multiple metros. You'll navigate novel regulatory pathways for drone infrastructure and bring structure to ambiguous environments. This role sits at the intersection of real estate, aviation, and regulatory strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support site selection, feasibility, and risk assessment end-to-end.
• Lead permitting efforts across multiple metros, navigating novel regulatory pathways.
• Represent Zipline in public forums to secure approvals.
• Partner with engineering to translate site constraints into design requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Development, or Construction Management.
• 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Development, Permitting, Urban Planning, or Civil Engineering.
• Strong understanding of zoning laws, building codes, and regulatory processes.

• Professional Engineering (Civil) License in select states.
• Existing relationships with AHJs and permitting authorities.
