Description

You will assist with live stenographic depositions/sessions, including recording, swearing in witnesses, managing exhibits, and providing technical/administrative support. This role requires in-person work in Kansas City, Missouri.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Current Notary License for state Missouri
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience with video conferencing/database platforms
• Working knowledge of Google Workspaces/Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Recording on Prevail platform
• Deposition Read on/Swearing in Witness
• Marking and maintaining Exhibits
• Monitoring and managing the session
• Assisting sessions with technical/administrative needs
