💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans. You'll help train new team members and support daily operations to meet sales targets. This role combines customer experience, leadership, and operational tasks in a fun environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store, including register and sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising
• Communicate fashion trends to management

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
