💼 About This Role

You'll join Coupang's New Fintech organization to build innovative financial services that transform customer experiences. You'll lead information security governance and risk management for payment, asset management, and fintech platforms. This role is critical for ensuring compliance with Korean financial regulations and international security standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct security reviews for fintech platforms and applications
• Develop and enforce information security policies and guidelines
• Assess and improve service security through risk analysis
• Manage security certifications and respond to regulatory audits

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of IT security governance experience
• ISMS-P, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 compliance knowledge
• Cloud platform security (AWS, Azure, GCP) experience
• Fintech or financial services compliance background

• CISSP or CISA certification
• Experience with financial regulatory audits (e.g., FSS)
• DevSecOps and Agile methodology knowledge
